I must have missed something in the description. in order to make this light work you will need to order a "driver" to power the light. Other than that, I cannot comment. I have to order the driver, then I will let you know about it's operation.UPDATE ! I purchased a driver after some difficulty making the wiring connections water proof for submersion the light "WORKS GREAT" in my wifes fish pond. My recommendation to the manufacturer is this "The cord needs to come at least in 6' length for the light to be safely used for submersion". I am going to purchase another.
