Don’t waste your time and money on cheaper covers (yes there are much cheaper covers) because you get what you pay for! I had a 40” outside and had this cover and LOVED it. Upgraded TV to a 55” needed a new cover and didn’t want to spend the $ so I went with a cheaper option and ended up wasting my money. ESPECIALLY at 55” this cover is much easier to use. The biggest aspects of this cover that I love is the quantity of the material. This is the material they use for boat covers. This will surely keep your equipment safe. The other thing is the zipper closure. They cheaper covers don’t have Zippers, they have Velcro=mission. The Velcro is NOT as easy as it sounds to close especially at this size. It was such a hassle we’d leave the flaps open most the time. The zipper is the way to go. Invest the money and you won’t be sorry nor have to buy another cover again.(I was not given any incentive to write this post. I took the time to write it because good products deserve recognition as do bad ones.)
